1. Basic requirements for processing personal information
Lime Green Digital AS owns and operates teoritentamen.no, and is responsible for the processing of your personal information when you visit our website or use our services. The information is processed in accordance with the current privacy legislation, including the Personal Data Act and the EU Privacy Regulation (GDPR).
2. The purpose of information processing and the information we process
In order to deliver the service to you, we process information about who you are and your use of the service. We process information about name, address, date of birth, e-mail, telephone number, which traffic school you are affiliated with and information about purchases and logins. In addition, we store your test results and notes to show you statistics about your progression and to be able to improve the service. The legal basis for the processing is to fulfill our agreement with you, cf. GDPR Article 6 letter b.
We use google maps on some of our pages to present maps. When you visit one of these pages, Google receives information about, among other things, which browser you are using and your IP address. See Google’s privacy statement for more information.

Special information regarding payments
Teoritentamen.no does not process payment information beyond what is required of Norwegian law.
Credit card payment
Lime Green Digital AS is responsible for all transactions made via the teoritentamen’s website. Teoritentamrn does not store card information. To make the payment, we pass on your information to our payment provider Nets. They store the information in a safe and secure way and are PSI Level 1 certified.
3. Special information about the personal privacy of children
In line with privacy legislation, teoritentamen.no does not wish to process personal information about children under the age of 13 without the consent of the guardian. If it turns out that we have processed such personal data, we may be contacted for deletion as described in section 6.
4. Information about electronic advertising
Like most businesses, we have a legitimate interest in marketing our services. At the same time, your privacy is important to us, and we want to limit any inconvenience this may cause you. If you have an active customer relationship with us, we will be able to send you electronic marketing of products or services that we think you are interested in, unless you have informed us that you do not wish to receive such inquiries. The advertising formats used by teoritentamen.no include ads on social networks (eg Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, SnapChat Ads, YouTube Video Ads).
5. The use of data processors
Lime Green Digital AS enters into a data processor agreement with everyone who processes personal data on our behalf. Our data processors may not process your personal information in any way other than as agreed with us and described in this privacy statement. We do not transfer personal data to third countries.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access to the editing, deletion, restriction and protection against processing information regarding your personal data. You also have the right to data portability. Furthermore, you may at any time withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data.
You also have the right not to be subjected to decisions based solely on automated processing that affect you legally, or in any other significant manner.

7. Storage time and deletion routines
Personal data will not be stored longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing and statutory obligations we have, for example under the accounting legislation.
Should we make changes to this privacy statement, these will be published on the website 7 days before the changes are implemented. In the event of major changes, customers will be informed in the service 7 days before the changes are implemented.
