About our theory tests
Here at teoritentamen.no you can practice for your theory exam with Norway's largest collection of theory tests for car (class B).
Our theory tests are made to resemble the official theory exam, and we have the largest collection of theory tests for class B. All tests are written in collaboration with the authors behind NTSF's books and test compilations - "How to get your driver's license." The tests are written exclusively for Teoritentamen.no and follow the curriculum for class B. We have also included our own road sign-tests covering all Norwegian road signs and road surface markings.

The actual theory exam is held at a traffic station. Click here to make an appointment for the theory test.
You can take the test up to 6 months prior to your 18th birthday. You will need to get your application for driver's license approved before you can take the theory exam. On the day of your exam you have to bring an ID with you. You will also have to take a sight check.
The theory exam for car consists of 45 questions, and you need at least 38 correct answers to pass the test. The exam is conducted on a computer and you have 90 minutes to finish it.
The price for the theory test is 360 kroner. If you don't pass the exam you will have to pay an additional 360 kroner to take a new one. In addition you will have to wait 2 weeks before you can take another exam.
