Our theory tests are made to resemble the official theory exam, and we have the largest collection of theory tests in Norway. All tests are written by the textbook authors behind NTSF’s books and test compilations - «How to get your driver's license».
The tests are written exclusively for teoritentamen.no and follow the curriculum for class T.

About our services
At teoritentamen.no you can practice using our collection of theory tests for tractors (category T).
Our theory tests are made in the same way as the official theory test, and we have by far the largest collection of theory questions and exercises for tractors. In addition, you can access the entire curriculum through our digital theory courses. The theory courses contain ebooks, videos, audio exercises and assignments, which give you a clear, efficient and good learning experience.
Our theory tests of course include answers to all the questions, as well as access to statistics to let you better check your own progress.
The official test
The official theory test for tractor must be taken at a Driver and Vehicle Licensing office, and you must book an appointment in advance.
To obtain a licence for tractors (with weight limitations) you must be at least 16 years old. The theory test may be taken 6 months before turning 16 at the earliest.
To obtain a licence for tractors (without weight limitations) you must be 21 years old or older, or have at least 2 years of experience. The theory test may be taken 6 months before turning 21 at the earliest.
Either way your licence application must be approved before you can take the theory test. When taking the test you must bring valid ID, and you will also be given a vision test.
The theory test for tractors consists of 45 questions, at least 38 of which must be correct to pass (i.e. you are allowed a maximum of 7 incorrect answers). You have 60 minutes to complete the test.
The test fee is currently 360 NOK. If you do not pass the test and need to take it again, it will cost you another 360 NOK. You will also need to wait 2 weeks before retaking the test.
